Personalboende is a service from AWP Superhost AB for employers who need housing for employees or contracted staff anywhere in Sweden. In the Gothenburg area we let our own homes. In other towns the home is provided by a vetted partner, and we remain your contracting party.
Tell us where your staff will work, how many are coming and what must work day to day. You receive a written proposal with the price per person per night excluding VAT. Availability and the proposed room allocation are confirmed for your dates before anything is reserved.
An arrival plan that makes sense
Separate the first arrivals from later placements. Include expected departure dates and any changes between shifts.
The same agreement in every town
AWP Superhost AB is the contracting party and invoices the employer. In Gothenburg your staff stay in homes we operate ourselves; in other towns a partner we have vetted provides the home, but the agreement, the terms and the invoice are the same.
