Booking and terms
A request is not a confirmed booking
Select a home, dates and group size and submit your request. We check availability and terms. You receive a separate confirmation when the booking is approved. A reference shown after submitting a form only confirms receipt of your request.
Price and payment
Property prices are a basis for your request. The final price, VAT, any extras and payment terms are stated in the quotation or agreement before confirmation. This website does not take card payments at the request stage.
Changes, cancellation and your stay
The terms for your home and stay are stated in your individual booking agreement, including changes, cancellation, any deposit and house rules. Contact the booking team before accepting if anything is unclear.
